		<description>While you were catching these flicks on WLVI (or On Demand) I was dropping mad bank to see them in the theater.

I was midway through high school when Deepstar Six dropped and remember seeing it opening night. Back then, I liked almost every awful flick I saw - (this coming from the guy who saw They Live five times in the theater.)

The theater I saw Deepstar Six in ran trailers for Leviathan and The Abyss (both forthcoming flicks). I remember when The Abyss trailer rolled, I realized rather quickly that Cameron would save us from the rubbery monsters and plywood backdrops.

Then he dropped aliens on me who told us - among other things - that Commie Water Tentacles are not to be trusted, nukes are bad and Chris Elliot finally got a life.

Pass me the salvaged Vodka.</description>
